Length behind the front seats: about 11 feet on the 144-inch wheelbase and more than 15 feet on the 170-inch extended body used for passenger vans. Those dimensions accommodate four rows of three-across seating plus an aisle, or three rows plus a luggage bay holding roughly ten to twelve airline suitcases.
Materials and durability
Factory passenger interiors use hard-wearing woven fabric or wipe-clean vinyl over firm foam, molded plastic wall panels, rubberized or vinyl flooring and a fabric headliner. Everything is chosen to survive constant boarding by groups — churches, schools, hotels, shuttle operators — and to be cleaned quickly between trips. If you want leather, wood and carpet, that is an executive conversion rather than factory passenger trim, and it is a separate vehicle class.
Climate, lighting and technology
Rear climate is ducted the length of the roof with adjustable outlets at each row, delivering real air conditioning to the fourth row rather than relying on dash airflow. LED strips light the ceiling.
