Row layout and how seat count changes it
The passenger cabin is modular. Four rows behind the front seats produce a 15 passenger van; remove the rear row and the same vehicle becomes a 12 passenger van with a luggage bay big enough for roughly ten to twelve airline suitcases. Rows are three or four across with a center aisle wide enough to walk, and each seat has its own three-point belt. Because the rows bolt to floor tracks, fleets can reconfigure a van between bookings — always confirm which configuration you are reserving.
Comfort features that are actually standard
Standing headroom in the high roof, a lit entry step with grab handles, roof-ducted rear air conditioning and heat with adjustable vents, LED ceiling lighting, and USB charging in the front cabin and typically in the rear. Seats use durable fabric or vinyl over firm foam — sized for a full day rather than a nap. Windows are large and fixed except at the front, which keeps the cabin bright and the road noise low. Rear barn doors open wide for loading, and the sliding side door gives a second boarding path.
Legroom, aisle and accessibility
The extended-wheelbase body gives usable knee room in every row — better than most full-size vans and comparable to a shuttle bus. The center aisle means a passenger in the last row can leave without three people getting out first, which matters on long drives, with children, and with older passengers. Step height is roughly 15 to 17 inches with a handle at the B-pillar. Wheelchair-accessible conversions exist but are a separate build; ask before assuming a rental van has a lift.
