Pickup & delivery in Las Vegas
We offer multiple pickup locations across the Las Vegas metro. Once your vehicle is assigned, we'll provide the exact pickup address — typically within 24 hours of booking. Delivery is available in most cases; if the delivery address is more than 25 miles from our pickup location there may be additional charges.
Sizing the van for your group
Both layouts seat everyone comfortably with real shoulder room; the difference is cargo. Twelve seats leaves a large rear luggage area for suitcases, tailgate coolers and equipment. Fifteen seats fills that area with a bench, so pack accordingly for Sphere.
Timing your booking
Passenger van supply in Las Vegas is tight around big dates at Sphere — championship games, festival weekends, graduations and holiday weekends all pull from the same small fleet pool. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for a normal weekend; six to eight weeks is realistic for a marquee event.

How many suitcases fit if we're coming from the airport?
The 12-passenger layout holds roughly 7 to 8 large suitcases plus carry-ons behind the rear bench. The 15-passenger layout uses that space for an extra row, so it suits groups travelling light.
Can you deliver the van instead of us picking it up in Las Vegas?
Delivery is available in most of the Las Vegas metro. Addresses more than 25 miles from the pickup location may carry an additional delivery charge, which is quoted before you book.
What happens if the event at Sphere runs late?
The van is yours for the full rental day, so there's no waiting driver and no surge pricing when you leave. Extend the rental at checkout if your return trip falls on the following day.
